Terms

Terms for using Norevin during the beta.

A plain-language beta terms overview for agencies and operators testing Norevin.

Beta service

Norevin is an MVP-stage monitoring product for AI and no-code automations. Features, limits, and availability may change as the beta matures.

Acceptable use

Use Norevin only for workflows and customer data you are authorized to monitor. Do not send secrets or sensitive raw payloads unless the product explicitly supports that use case.

Customer responsibility

You remain responsible for configuring checkpoints, validation rules, alert destinations, and report sharing appropriately for your clients.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Workspace owners can open the billing portal to update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel at the end of the current billing period.

Availability and support

Norevin is provided without a formal SLA during public launch. The team will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the product available and respond to support requests.

Data and reports

You are responsible for ensuring report recipients are authorized to view shared reliability reports. Norevin stores report tokens as hashes and allows owners to revoke shared links.

Suspension and termination

Norevin may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or use that could harm other customers or providers.
